2004 Annual Awards Nominations
It's time to nominate your favorite soccer coach, volunteer and parent
Each year, the NYSWYSA awards deserving coaches, a volunteer and a parent, who are selected from those nominated by its membership for their contribution to youth soccer.
Presentations will be made at the NYSWYSA AGM Awards Dinner at the Holiday Inn Airport, Rochester, NY on Saturday, November 20, 2004.
Winners of the Boys and Girls Coach of the Year will be submitted to Region 1 for consideration at the regional and national levels. Winners of the Chevrolet Parent of the Year are submitted to US Youth Soccer and Chevrolet for consideration at the national level.
Anyone may make nominations. To obtain the correct nomination form, please click-on the appropriate item below.
