NYSW Project Passback
Share the Equipment. Share the Game!
The Passback Program is a joint effort between the U.S. Soccer Foundation, Eurosport and Major League Soccer to help meet the soccer uniform and equipment needs of all communities, regardless of income, gender or location.  Since its inception, the program has grown enormously and thousands of pieces of equipment have been collected and distributed to schools, clubs and youth organizations across the nation. From a small school in Zimbabwe to an after-school program in inner-city New York, Passback gear has found its way to all corners of the globe, but we know we can do more! Participate in Passback and help us reach our ultimate goal of collecting and distributing a million pieces of equipment!  Thousands of lives will be changed because of your efforts. To learn about NYSW’s Project Passback event and how you can participate, please click on ’learn more.’
Win a trip to see Man U play at Old Trafford!
Purchase tickets for your club online!

NYW is pleased to announce a club fundraising opportunity that could see one of your club members win a trip to watch Manchester United play at Old Trafford!

The exciting program combines the joint talents of NYSW, AIG, Pullen Insurance Services, Manchester United and you!
NYSW is offering a raffle to win a trip for two to Manchester, England, to attend a Manchester United Game at Old Trafford. Airfare, hotel and tickets will be covered for two people. The trip will take place in the ‘08-‘09 season (August ’08-May ‘09), with exact dates to be determined once Manchester United’s schedule is released in July.

NYW will provide each member club as many raffle tickets as they would like. The public sales price for each ticket is $5, of which $4 may be kept by each club as a fundraiser, with the remaining $1 going to NYSW. For example, if a club sells 300 tickets at $5 piece ($1,500 gross profit), then the club keeps $1,200 for their benefit, and NSYW earns $300 to reinvest into future member service opportunities.  NYW will sell raffle tickets to member clubs for $1.00 per ticket. Note: Individual tickets cannot be purchased online, only club orders will be honored!

To order tickets for your club raffle, please go to the “Headlines” section of the web page (Top right hand margin) you will see the link to enable you to purchase tickets on line. Club officials have been sent details on how to log in.  NYSW will send you your tickets within days of placing yor order.

Order tickets at the top of the right column.

For the sold ticket to be valid, you must mail NYW the ticket stubs (which includes ticket number, name of ticket holder, phone number and email address). Please return all sold and unsold tickets to NYSW by May 21st, 2008.

All sold tickets will be entered into a “Public” Drawing to be held at the State Cup Final Four Tournament at SUNY Cortland on Saturday,  May 31st.   NYSWYSA will provide paid refunds for all returned unsold tickets.
