ALL players will be staying in the dorms at the facility and under the supervision of the ODP staff and pool chaperones at all times. As a result, we will be treating the mini-camp in the same manner as the Regional ID camps, and request that the following ground rules be observed:
- All players must inform their pool manager of how and when they will be arriving at the mini-camp. If a player will be arriving with someone other than their parent, the manager must be informed.
- All players must inform their pool manager of how and when they will be getting home from the mini-camp. If a player will be traveling home with someone other than their parent, the manager must be informed BEFORE the start of the event.
- Players will not be allowed to leave the facility AT ANY TIME (other than an emergency) after the start of the event. This includes leaving for meals, entertainment, shopping or any other reason. If a player does leave the facility, they will NOT be allowed to return to the event and be subject to removal from the program.
- Only players and chaperones are allowed in the dorms.
- Parents are invited to watch the games in the afternoon, but are requested NOT to attend training sessions.
- Players must sign out with their pool manager or chaperone before leaving on Sunday.
- Player behavior and conduct is MOST important. Players conduct will be observed both ON and OFF the field, at all times. This is a program where players perform with their athletic abilities at a high level, and it is also expected that players behave in a mature, responsible manner. There is ZERO tolerance for any misconduct.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation with these groun
d rules.
