DIRECTIONS:
From the City of Syracuse:
· Take Route 690 West to the Jones Road exit. Turn right off the exit ramp
onto Jones Rd. and you will see the Sports Centre approximately a quarter
mile down on your left.
From the Thruway:
· Take Exit 39 off the NYS Thruway (Rt. 90). From the exit take Route 690
East to the Jones Road Exit. Turn right off the exit ramp onto Jones Rd.
and you will see the Sports Centre approximately a quarter mile down on
your left.

DIRECTIONS:
From Syracuse and points East:
· Take New York State Thruway (I-90) west to exit 43. Take Rt. 21
south, turn left on Canandaigua’s Main Street (Rt. 332 south).*
From Rtes. 5 & 20:
· Coming from the east, turn left (or from the west, turn right) at
the traffic light at Route 364. Travel to the second stop light, turn
left onto Lakeshore Drive. The campus entrance is about 1/4 mile
on your right.
From Binghamton and points East and Southeast:
· Take Rt. 17 west, Rt. 15 north and take exit 2- Cohocton. Travel
north on Rt. 371 which turns into Rt. 21 north. Follow Rt. 21 to
Canandaigua, turn right on Main St. (Rt. 332).*
From Jamestown and points West:
· Take Rt. 17 east, Rt. 15 north and take exit 2- Cohocton. Travel
north on Rt. 371 which turns into Rt. 21 north. Follow Rt. 21 to
Canandaigua, turn right on Main St. (Rt. 332).*
* Follow Main St. south toward Canandaigua Lake. At the tip of the Lake,
Main St. bears to the left and becomes Lakeshore Drive. Stay on Lakeshore
Drive as it parallels the Lake. You will go through one traffic light. The
College entrance is approximately 1/4 mile farther on the right.

DIRECTIONS:
From Rochester
· I-490 west to exit 7b, Rt. 33. Rt. 33 west approximately five miles. The
RWC entrance is the second right beyond the Westside Drive intersection
with Buffalo Road. Bear right at the Cultural Life Center and follow
Chesbrough Drive until you see the Voller Athletic Center on your left.
It is the last building on Chesbrough Drive before you reach Westside Drive.
From the Thruway
· Thruway to exit 47. I-490 east to West Chili, exit 4. Turn left at the exit
ramp onto Rt. 259. Proceed for approximately two miles to the traffic light.
Turn right on Buffalo Road. The RWC entrance is on the left, just past
Pearce Memorial Church. Bear right at the Cultural Life Center and follow
Chesbrough Drive until you see the Voller Athletic Center on your left.
It is the last building on Chesbrough Drive before you reach Westside Drive.

· I-90 (New York State Thruway), and take the exit for LeRoy, taking
I-490 E to Route 531. Take Route 531 West to Elmgrove Road Exit.
Take a left onto Elmgrove Road, crossover Route 531 and the facility
is on the left.
From Southern New York
· Rt 17 (East or West) to I-390 North to I-490 West. From 490 West,
take exit for Route 531 West to the Elmgrove Road exit. Take a left
onto Elmgrove Road, crossover Route 531 and the facility is on the left.
From Central New York
· I-90 (New York State Thruway) West to Henrietta Exit I-390 North to
I-490. Take I-490 West to Rt. 531 West to Elmgrove Rd. exit. Take a
left on Elmgrove Rd, cross over Rt. 531, facility is on the left.
