PLAYER TRYOUT INFORMATION

FOR PLAYERS BORN IN 2007, 2008 AND 2009 RESIDING IN NYSWYSA
 

 

Saturday, September 26th, and Sunday, September 27th.  Callback tryouts are held the following weekend, Saturday, October 3rd, and Sunday, October 4th.  All tryouts are conducted outdoor on natural grass fields.

PLEASE NOTE:

 - All players trying out must be registered online.

 - There are no longer on site “walk-in” registrations.

 - Tryout rosters are printed at 4pm on Friday, Sept 25th (the day prior to the tryout weekend). Registration will remain open right up until the start of the respective event but players who register after 4pm on Friday, Sept 25th must bring a copy of their tryout registration confirmation to show at check-in.
 
The method of registration is via the on-line registration system.

Players are required to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of tryouts.  Click for directions to specific venues.

 - Tryouts will begin promptly at the times noted.  Prepare to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the tryout so you can check-in, get your numbered tryout T-shirt (which is yours to keep) and to properly warm up.  Players are required to attend without any clothing indicating the club/team for which they play.
 - Registered players are competing for a position on the State Indoor Pool for their respective age groups.
 - Players need to attend one tryout (either in Binghamton, Buffalo, Rochester, or Syracuse) and are encouraged to attend the venue closest to their home.
 - Players will be notified immediately following the September 26th and 27th tryout if they have advanced to the callback tryouts.

 - A callback tryout will be held on October 3rd for '07, '08 and '09 Boys, and on October 4th for '07, '08 and '09 Girls to determine the final indoor pool.  These tryouts will be held at the Lakefront/ Webster Basket Rd Fields, Webster, NY.

 - All players will be required to complete the COVID-19 Hold Harmless Waiver prior to taking the field for the tryout.

  • The Callback Tryout is for those players who have attended one of the initial Sept. 26th/ 27th tryouts and were then invited back to the Callback Tryout.

  • The Callback Tryout consists of two sessions.  Players are expected to attend both sessions.

  • Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the first Call-Back Tryout session to give yourself time to check in and warm up.

 *Please wear the same numbered tryout T-shirt that you were issued at the Sept. 26th/ 27th tryout to the Callback Tryout.
