Registration for the 2003-2004 indoor training program will be held Saturday, 11/22/03 at Total Sports between 10 and 12 noon. 

Packets will be mailed to pool players the week of November 3, to players who were in the State Pool at the end of the 2002-2003 season. The packet contains the following forms:

Player Information & Medical Release         

Player Profile Form

Medical History Questionnaire

Player Code of Conduct

Credit Card Form (or you may pay by check)

These forms must be completed and turned in, along with your indoor payment at NYSWYSAs Coaches Workshop held at Total Sports Experience on Elmgrove Rd. in Rochester on Saturday, November 22, 2003, 10-12 noon.   Please be sure a copy of your insurance card is included and attach it to the Player Information and Medical Release Form. Pool Managers and Program Administrators will be present to collect forms and fee.

This is the weekend of NYSWYSAs SoccerFest.  SoccerFest includes coaches and parent clinics and workshops on Saturday along with numerous vendors present who will be displaying their wares (camps, equipment, trips, apparel, educational material, etc., etc.). On Sunday, NYSWYSAs Annual General Meeting will be held at the Holiday Inn Airport for all member clubs.  Please see the article on this event on the home page of our website.

It is acceptable for you to send your completed forms and payment with someone you know that will be attending. Do not mail any forms or monies to the state office.
