NYSWYSA - New York State West Youth Soccer Association

This procedure outlines the process for players who reside in Eastern Penn and desire to play on a NYSWYSA team.

The player needs to contact the Eastern PA state office and inform them that he/she wishes to play in New York State West. Click the EPYSA logo to go to their state website.

The Eastern PA state office will register the player. Player must pay the current EPA registration fee. This will provide the player with their insurance. They will also provide the player with the EPA Permission to Play Out of State Form.

Once the E-Penn state office signs off on the permission form, the E-Penn player should submit a copy of the form to the NYSWYSA State Registrar. A copy of the form should also be retained by the team manager with the players other records.

Eastern PA will provide the player with a registration number. The EPYSA registration number should be entered into the proper field in the player's record in RosterPro. A player pass will be issued by NYSW for the usual $6.00 fee to match his/her club name and number. Any insurance claims from these players must be filed with Eastern Penn, not NYSWYSA.
