The Second Vice-President shall assist the President in his/her duties and shall exercise the powers of the President in the absence of both the President and the First Vice President. He or she shall also serve, as appointed, on other committees, shall be a member of the Executive Committee, and shall oversee and conduct the annual performance reviews of all paid employees of the Corporation, except as otherwise specified by the BOD.
