Coaches Workshop Wrap Up
Hundreds attend 2006 Coaches Workshop
The 2006 NYW Coaches Workshop held at Total Sports Experience in Rochester on Nov. 18 was a huge success, with well over 300 coaches and administrators attending the various field and classroom sessions.
The Doug May 3v3 festival for U10’s held in conjunction with the Workshop attracted 16 teams - eight boys teams and eight girls teams - and each team played three matches with all participants receiving medals at the conclusion of the event.
One hundred players participated in the Center of Excellence program and completed the various skills tests and received a free Score soccer ball.
