For the 2008 calendar year, NYW will issue three editions of the printed newspaper, The Network, with the issues to hit the streets in mid-April, June and October. Anyone wishing to submit and article of photo for the April issue must submit their items to Sandy Ostebo by Mar. 10.

 

Additionally, there will be seven issues of the NYW’s eNewsletter, Striker West, published in the months that there is no publication of The Network. Information you wish to have included in the February issue of Striker West must be submitted to Sandy Ostebo by Jan. 31.

 

In November, you can again look forward to another issue of the Coaches Handbook. This is becoming an increasingly useful and important tool for NYW coaches and club volunteers, and the improvements in the past three issues are a direct reflection of your recommendations for this handbook.
