Forty one teams participated in the Tide American Cup, which took place July 13 & 14 in conjunction with the Irondequiot Recreational Select Tournament. All players received the Tide Medallion and a Tide patch. U-12, 14 &17's recieved 1st and 2nd place medallions. There were about 2,900 spectors at this event.All the players and parents said they had a great time and look forward to see another Tide America Cup for 2003.

Many parents and coaches remarked on how well the tournament was run and enjoyed the fact that all players were given the Tide madellion.
