As part of your hosting agreement, all tournaments are to provide NYSWYSA with a post tournament report. Many people have asked for a templet or example of a report to ease the burden of filing. Below you will find a templet in PDF and MS Word formats. Your tournament report does not have to be in this format, but the templet does show the type of information that should be included in your report.
