2024 - 2025 Certificates of Insurance (COI)

Insurance Certificates for NYSWYSA Member Clubs are now available from the NYSWYSA State Office for the 2024 - 2025 season (9/1/2024 - 8/31/2025). 

Please note the NYSWYSA Registration Policy for issuing these certificates stipulates, “Member clubs will be given access to the GotSport Registration Program for a new seasonal year and receive a new Certificate of Insurance (COI) only if they have provided all registration data and paid all moneys owed.”  Before Requesting a Certificate of insurance check your clubs GotSport Invoice and make sure payment is up to date.
