Rule 5501. Amendment of Policy
Except in an emergency, the Board of Directors may adopt an amendment to this policy only after providing member clubs at least 30 days prior to the Board’s consideration of the proposed amendment, written notice and the text of each proposed amendment. Member clubs shall have until 10 days before the Board’s consideration an opportunity to submit to the Board wrtten comments about the proposed amendment.
