Advertising Rate Card
This Advertising Rate Sheet is current as of May 2023.
Mailing Lists – For NYSWYSA Member Organizations
- Quote Fee: A $100.00 quote fee will be charged to client to provide target specific counts.
- Email List – $200.00/thousand names with a $600.00 minimum. Client supplies message and any artwork to NYSW and then NYSW staff will send the emails for the client.
Newsletter Advertisements for Non-NYSWYSA Organizations
- Fee – $1,500 advertisement slot to be included in NYSW monthly newsletter and sent to approximately 50k NYSW families (players, coaches, admin staff). Fee includes up to 3 monthly newsletters.
- Format – A box with details on the program that will fill 1-2 paragraphs and include a small square logo and link to additional details such as a website or flyer.
Payment for Email List Services is due prior to release of email by NYSW staff. All rates are subject to change without notice.
