Permission for ENY Players to Play in NYSWYSA
This procedure outlines the process for players who reside in ENY and desire to play on a NYSWYSA team. The player needs to contact the ENY state office and inform them that he/she wishes to play in New York State West. Visit the ENY State website.

Once Out-Of-State registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation via email. Please forward the email with the players name and team name to the NYSWYSA Registrar at registrar@nyswysa.org for approval on the roster. A copy of the form should also be retained by the team manager with the player’s other records.
A player pass must be issued by NYSW for the usual $10.00 fee for a pass. Any insurance claims from these players must be filed with ENY, not NYSWYSA.

This process will include uploading a photo, birth certificate, completing the required forms, and paying the current export player registration fee.
Once the registration is complete, Eastern PA will process the registration at the State Association level. Once they have Age/ID verified the player, they will reach out to the parent/guardian via the email address listed on their account and provide them with the export player pass. The email with the export player pass should be forwarded to the NYSWYSA State Registrar at registrar@nyswysa.org along with the Club and Team Name that they are participating with. A copy of the form should also be retained by the team manager with the player’s other records.

Permission for Pennsylvania West Players to Play in NYSWYSA

The Permission to Play Form should be completed and submitted to the PA West state office. The PA West state office will register the player. Player must pay the current PA West registration fee. This will provide the player with their insurance and registration with national organizations. Once PA West approves the permission to play, it will be emailed to the NYSWYSA state office to be approved. Once approved, a copy will be returned to PA West.
